Primary Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers, sales, and production to ensure jobs are completed to customer specifications.
Receives quotes, reviews for detail and accuracy, coordinates with estimating.
Create production tickets using the estimate information from sales and/or the customer.
Manage specific projects with customers, coordinates with production to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor the quality and progress of assigned jobs to ensure that due dates are met.
Communicate with customers, sales, and production team regarding scheduling and job questions.
Provide feedback to customers and our team regarding issues that may affect the project, quality, and/or delivery.
Perform quality checks and provide proofs or samples for customers.
Prepare invoices for billing completed jobs.
Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts to ensure customer retention.
Minimum Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience
3-5 years of work experience in a customer service environment
Examples of taking initiative at previous roles
Examples of MS Excel experience; Proficient in MS Office
Willing to work occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
Print Finishing experience with an understanding of printing processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to stand for 6-8 hours per day and check status of orders on the production floor
Desire to learn, willing to be trained by our personnel
Highly organized with attention to detail
